Hello guys,

There is the HB6 at work that I am trying to get with, she knows I exists we chat in the pantry. I even have IOI she compliment my shirt. But she will never initiate a conversation herself, if we are in each other perimeter then she will talk. Never showed up to my desk or anything.
I think im lingering in initial phase of attraction. How do i take this further?

i was thinking just go to her desk and say "hey we haven't chatted in a while" and go for coffee. What are some DHVs i can use to complete the attraction phase.

how do I get her number and meet outside the work place?

Please help. I need to release my tension inside a new woman ASAP. I am afraid I have oneitis.
