So i had to go shopping the other day and went to SAMs club/Costco. If you want to start getting over AA, chat up the old ladies that are dishing out food on every aisle.

They most likely would love if you asked how their day was going, and it is easier then you think since they are not on the HB scale so the intimidation factor doesn't come in.

If you approach and still are feeling nervous then just grab the food and move on to the next one until you can finally open. Just think of it as talking to your grandma...

Ones you feel comfortable talking to all of them you can work your way up on the HB scale by going to retailer stores and getting opinion on certain items.

Remember, confidence is key, just start out small and work your way up!
