1. Indirect, direct.

Best way to get rid of Approach Anxiety?

Are there certain steps like (Approach.. etc)

indirect is full proof.

direct is not.

there's no "better",there's whats working for you.


about the "AA" i got past that in two ways:

1.open sets(even with "hey" and "you have the time?".

2.learn some general psychology(evolutional,of course,and even social)
that way you know how females/males work = everything is easier.

AA is all about state.

AA isn't a problem, condition or something you 'have'. It's merely a state.

Learn about state shifting.

It is also about experience e.g. If you've aproached a hot chick before then you are more likely to be able to approach another knowing you already have.

BUT most people have approched lots of girls only to still have AA, its all about state. Pushing comfort and accepting butterflies/anxiety are neccessities but after that its allllllllllllll about the state.
