OK.. I have just realize I had never ever opened a girl on facebook or talk with a girl on facebook (exept my ex..) while gaming her. I'm woundering, "how could I open girls I already know, already my fb friends and whom I occasionnaly but randomly see..?"

In my opinion facebook game isn't optimal so you're better off texting/calling them. You can get their phone number via facebook if you like.
