So I happen to live in the student dormitory and this exchange student from overseas is studying here - she moved early last week from Germany.

I was playing pool with my friends and I saw her - she played pool with my friends for a bit and I introduced myself to her and we started talking one on one for the next 1.5 hours. She seemed very keen on talking and I said things like
"Some people find it very attractive to here someone speak English in a European accent" when she mentioned that she feels weird speaking english with her accent.

She asked me to teach her english - I agreed! I told her about language swap classes where both parties teach each other their respective languages. I suggested in our case I can teach her English and she can teach me German sometime. We then walked back near to her apartment - I said "I'll see you around someone" but I did not ask for her number.

So I didn't see her for a entire week after that - last night my friend encouraged me to knock on her door and invite her to play pool with me. Another suggestion he gave was to invite her over to our place to have drinks. So I went to her place, her housemate let me in but she wasn't home.

Now today comes and I see her walking out of the laundry room...I waved and she smiled and waved back. So I walked past the landry room and after about a minute I went back to her place and knocked on her front door. I mentioned that "I want to know how you are and how you find this place?" We spoke for about 20 minutes but during which she was smiling at me the whole time while we were talking and she asked me for my facebook ID. I later suggested we should play pool together and she was quite quick to respond that "yeah! it would be nice". I later got her phone number and mentioned that I had to leave to GYM.

My friend told me tonight that I should ask her out to play pool with me...it was about 7hrs since I got her number. I didn't given that my female housemates told me not to do it so soon..and even my other mate told me not to but to do it on Tuesday.

So guys!! What do you think of my position and what should I do from here! In either case I will call her up and ask if she wants to play pool with me on Tuesday. No texting I believe?

pua's "hang out" dont take girls to dates...the word "date"put pressure on both you and her,it sets expectations which will bother her from being open the first dates you see her...just dont do this,instead,tell her something like"hey,me and a friend are going to play some pull next week,you can drop by if you like!" get it? alot better.

about the text,if you know a bit text game i recommend you do some...send something like that:

you:i'm naked!
her:what?
you:yeah,i cant find my pants..
her:wtf? lol
you:do you have them?
her:no....
you:common dont lie i woke up naked next to your door,with a note in germen on my underwear saying "if i cant have you,no one can ps:i got your pants(with her name in the end of the note lol)
her:hahahha lolol

you see..? set your "date"so she will think about you before it,and look forwared to it...

Does anyone else think it was a good idea for me to not call her on Sunday and ask her if she wanted to play pool with me? keeping in mind i got her number on the same day.

I want to ask her tomorrow...hope she agrees!

And always call - no text? Am I right on this one?

Also when do you think it's 'okay' to start texting a girl you like, after the opening, without sounding like a 'chicken' because you did not call instead..?

I think you can text girls about random small things but if you want to have a conversation with her or it looks like the texts are starting to become a conversation, call her up.
