What would've been wise is to ask her number, wait for her to call you, you take the initiative! Else you'll be one that has to check his schedule, grab a pen (which you can never find when somebody is calling you btw) and pretty much accept whatever date she is offering. Tooooooo much trouble, next time do it properly
For now, either wait your ass off some more or be direct with her about it, try to pick her up from square one and half way go like......wait a minute, I have a deja vu, didn't we already do this? Or she will make a remark that you have already tried it and you go: Oh, no wonder I was getting this deja vu feeling!
Then look at her cheeky and go something like, alright this time I am taking your number! Still no phone? You cheap bastard! How late do you get of work? 6'ish? Good, I'll come pick you up in my red pickup truck (I just know you own one!) and we'll have dinner over at my place.
Or if you don't know her that well go do something low pressure, like asking her to be your bodyguard when going grocery shopping
If that goes well, verbalize you like her and proceed with the dinner plans.
