| The problem about Facebook, well at least that I have noticed, is that the biggest step to talking to people is to establish a conversation initially, where she will at least respond to you. To begin with I would spark curiosity, because we all know curiosity killed that cat. I would say something like...
"Hey (name), I haven't talked to you in a long time! I have a question for you that I have been meaning to ask!" and wait for her to respond, then there ya go, you at least have her responding, so reply with something that you find funny or think she will find funny, as you probably know her, I would say something like
"Snickers or Reese's?" It allows her to respond, hopefully she finds it funny, thinking your interesting and go from there. That's a opener. You ask for a opener and closer and other tips but what you fail to realize is that there's so much information that goes into the game and its not a simple ask a broad question and expect a answer back, we simply can't just tell you about all the techniques that have been riddled over hundreds of pages worth of book information. We can give you openers, but other then that, I recommend you read into some useful information, if you haven't already. If you are only asking for a opener and closer and not other information then I apologize and that opener should suffice. If your messaging her on Facebook, like a live chat, not a IM, a good close would to show that you have a life and have fun, something on the order of "Well, I have to run, my friends and I are going to (Insert fun place here)." Theres a few outcomes to this, either A) You guys had a great conversation and she asks why you didn't invite her. B) You guys had a horrible conversation and she rather doesn't care
or C) She enjoyed your conversation and gets curious to why you didn't offer to invite her.
Not always the situation, but a rather common outcome, hope what I said helps
(The Game by "Neil Strauss" is a great stepping stone into this community and information to take then next big step)
Good luck.
