My girlfriend and I have talked about having a threesome with another girl, the subject has come up many times over a long period.
We are both "ready" for it, and want to try it... but we don't have any idea about how to find that "extra" girl

None of us is the "player" type, so we have no idea what we should do if we should "pick up" a girl at a party or similar

Really hope someone here have some great advise
Where could be a good place to "look"? What should we look for? Approach together, only her or only me? How to start a conversation?
And most important... How do we get the subject "switched" to sex, and ultimately threesome?
We're really noobs in this "pick up" area

I am by no means absolutely not an expert at PUA, but I can say that David DeAngelo's book Double Your Dating is an excellent read, if you're into reading and interested more about PUA.
