Adding a random chick on facebook screams one thing only - CREEPER. Since the only reason you would add aforementioned HB is based on her picture, she now knows, right off the bat, that you think she's hot and want her. This is never a good place to start from.

Better off rekindling things with her friend and scoring an invite to an event where HB will be hanging.

Let me ask something.. If a random girl added you on facebook and started gaming you, and you knew that she is only after you based on your looks, would you think she was a creeper and turn down her advances? HELL NO! if you know one of the girls, get the her to hang out with you and convince her to invite the 10 as well. Then you can make your moves from there. That way when you add her after hanging out she will accept your request. Not saying that this doesn't happen, I've heard about chicks hooking up with random dudes on myspace/facebook but it doesn't happen often. If you pull that stunt and she rejects you then she will forever remember you as a creeper and will ignore you forever.
