Hi,as I mentioned in my posts before,I have approaching anxiety.
Yesterday,I decided to start approaching to girls.I didn't have some expectations because I think that failure is the best road to success.Anyhow,I approached 3 girls,and each one turned me down.But,that's not problem.When I was approaching,I was so insecure..After I approached,my hart was so beating like never before.
Any advice?I think that I just have to approach,approach to get rid of that.
