How do you do this, what is the best method, and what sort of places is best? Obviously this is a more difficult thing to do than in a club.

There is a ton of material on day game. I liked Paul Janka's work. Google.

The best option IMO are malls or any place where there will be a ton of people. That way you don't have to worry too much about 1 interaction, and there will be plenty to choose from. Every city is a little different, but in mine, it's either a mall/shopping center, or a large event. It's not much different than being in a club. Just approach, make small talk and read the signs of interest/disinterest.

I will check out Paul Janka. Have you ever asked out shop assistant's etc?

Honestly, it depends on the situation. You need to get a good read for what is going on and have good situational awareness.

If she is at work, slammed, now may not be a good time to chat. If she is at a coffee shop, reading a book that you know something about, you can ask her about it.

You really have to be more specific to get a more specific answer, honestly.
