One of my biggest problems in talking to women is the fact that I psych myself out of it and just don't follow through with anything. Any tips/advice for getting your mid right during an approach?

Do it more and do it often. So it's more like a reflex.

Wait 2 months in between approaches. Gonna be 2 months of exessive built up pressure on the approach.

This is a lifestyle change. Just like gym and eating healthy. It needs to be part of your new better life. You're not gonna get results by going to the gym once every 2 months
