If you're approaching a group of 2 women minimum, in either day and/or night game and one of them says they're trying to have a conversation and is implying you've interrupted them and to leave them alone, is there any ways to deal with this. I tend to eject with that response, as I find trying to plow on, is going to be a lost cause.
Agreed. Trying to plow on is going to be a lost cause because almost anything you continue to say after that that isn't an apology for interrupting them is going to be considered you being a jerk for not being respectful of their time and their conversation. You are practically begging one of them to really screw you over at the worst possible time later, especially if it is a two set because you can't separate a two set without merging sets or without a wing.
The last thing you want when you are getting blown off is to attract more attention to yourself. In that situation I would probably just say, "My apologies, have a good evening ladies." and go on my way. The only way to really help stop this initially is to be quick with delivering that false time constraint with the opener. If you hit that wall then you hit it. There are plenty of others to talk to in the world.
There is probably some good ways to overcome it possibly that may be posted below but I am not seeing them at the moment. It isn't worth the time for a set that is already slanted against you.
