How to use roll offs while opening?

Dear Pua's,

I have one question to ask .........I am using mystery method lately and I am not able to understand when and how to roll off in a set..... I have heard that i need to roll off during the opener........

Please advise..

You need to do a "body rock" away from the set during the opener when you deliver your false time constraint to make it seem more realistic. Like I have to get back to my friends soon... (while taking a step and shifting your weight away from the set, maybe even looking away) then continuing what you were doing. The main thing is that your body language matches what you are saying.
