How to approach a girl when you're behind her?

Hey guys.
Yesterday I went out sarging and I am happy to tell you that it as my first time sarging on my own. I consider it a great success because I didn't have any anxieties when approaching and did everything that I went out there to do. Also, I ended up getting a girls phone number, so, it was a good start. But, I had a question and after reading the posts I didn't see it covered, so I wanted to ask it on my own. How would you approach a girl if you're walking behind?

If you're talking about night game, simply walk around her and approach from the side, so she can see you.

As for day game, just walk faster. Then just say "Excuse me" and open.

As with most things in pickup, the techniques themselves don't really matter, it's more about your vibe and confidence. Don't focus too much on what to say or how to open. Just open without hesitation and calibrate after the fact.

Good advice... and you must also understand that trying to approach a girl from behind at all is considered weak by women. Do your best to get yourself in front of her.

this is late but for those wondering, it's just important to be aware of timing. If you can't think of anything clever, then i agreed to just say excuse me or something abrupt and overt like directions or "you look like someone i know..." type of thing. just don't follow too long or they can feel it like they are being stalked. their guard will be up. abrupt isn't smooth but it will can catch them with their guard down so it can balance out.
you can also just say, hello even from behind. when you get her attention extend your hand for a handshake.

i third this advice actually... if she keeps walking, try and walk a little ahead of her. it gives the impression that she is following you

and one last bit: make sure you arent turning your whole body towards her, just her head

Don't approach women from behind. If you find yourself behind them, walk past them and then turn around
and say something.

Only guys who have no balls call women up from behind, like "Hey baby..."

So walk past her, turn around and say, "Hey, I saw you from over there and I thought - I have to come over and
at least say Hi, or else I would beat myself the whole day...What's up?"

And then continue the conversation from then on.

I went to a club yesterday and I approached a woman from behind by tapping her right shoulder, standing to her left and laughing at her confusion. There you go, instant conversation and playful ambiente. I guess this could also lead to a pretty bad blow out tho. I dunno, I was pretty wasted and didn't really care too much lol
