There are so many openers that this might not be original, but this stemmed from a text I got from a friend wondering why my ex sent him a FB friend request.

This works best with a Wing.

Me: Real quick, my buddy's ex just sent me a FB friend request. I did not know her before she and my buddy started dating. What's your take? Should I accept it? Why would she do such a thing?

Wing approaches...talks to me

Wing: Dude, are you talking about me again?

Me: Haha, yeah, anyways, they (the HB set) have interesting answers, go ahead and tell him girls!

From there the HBs give their opinions, the wing helps me isolate my target.

i wouldn't be talking about your wing behind his back like that. it could come across as making fun of him (at some level) and you never want that

it would be a cool opener if you are alone sarging
