So i have found a girl on an online dating site (she is 18, i am 34), i wrote sg about her pictures, I got a smiley as a reply.
Then I said: "its gonna take more than a smile to sweep me off my feet"
Her: "who said i wanna do that?"
What do i say to that?

Like: "previous experiences"? or just reframe and ignore the question?

Yeah either ignore it and continue the convo like normal or say something cheeky back.

Like "You don't have to hide it, you're a little smitten by me" and then continue with normal small talk, etc.

Either way, don't worry too much about it. If she likes you, she will be receptive, if she doesn't she won't...it won't matter what you say for the most part. And it's a girl you just met online, don't put too much energy and thought into on her.

you negged her when you should have rewarded her - you shouldnt have done that
next time if she is giving you positive feedback reward her

If you perceive "it's gonna take more than a smile to sweep me off my feet" as a reward, then you are already conditioned to view the most minimal of female attention as a reward... It's mostly a cynic comment, which (depending on the context) might as well convey: "I've seen so many guys try and hit on me, I'm not really impressed by the idea of romance anymore."
