How would you approach a hot girl you just drove past, without looking like a creep?

Drive past her. Find somewhere to park in front of her and then get out of your car and let her approach you while you slowly walk towards her. You can even wait by your car to let her walk past you, if she is already really close. Then just say something cheesy like "I just had to stop to tell you how you are the most beautiful woman I've seen all week!" then roll from there.

It's obviously better to let her walk forwards towards you than park behind her and run up behind her.

Never EVER honk your horn, cat-call or whistle out of your window, even if you have a Ferrari. It shows you are defensive because you are using the armour of your car to protect your ego. It's the equivalent of approaching a girl with your arms folded. It also allows you to speed off in embarrassment if she rejects you, which will most likely happen if you approach in your car.

Tbh if you're in a pinch you could always open her whole driving and tell her you're going to find parking to talk to her. Just do it sincere and politely. Parking and walking is probably better but what if there's no parking nearby.

They do that because it's all they CAN do. Even if they were out somewhere and the very same girl were to sit next to them, all their ego will allow them to do is look.

You can pull over and ask her for directions. Say something like, “Hey do you know where the nearest gas station is?” She’ll start to answer and then you can cut her off and say, “I’m just messing with you I know where it is. I just wanted an excuse to talk to you cause you’re really cute.” Then you can use an opinion opener.

Either way this might come across a little weird for most women. Just try to make sure you’re being playful and fun.

I think this is the only way not to look really creepy.
Girls probably hear every kind of crap daily and they are really annoyed by some rude comments etc... you need to look gallant and subtle, and that's not easy from the car haha
