I just had my 25th bday last weekend and I went out to the bar. There was plenty of fine woman out there but I've only been to the bar like 5 times and am a little nervous about it. How do you approach girls in a loud bar? I noticed guys just grabbing on girls and getting pushed away a lot. Am I supposed to be super aggressive like that?!
Personally I never start any kind of touching or escalation until I get a laugh or a smile or some kind of signal (other than like tapping on the shoulder or something). Once that goes I continue escalating, step by step accordingly. As for approaching, I usually comment on something she's wearing, what she's drinking etc. If it's a girl drinking jack and coke or something like that I'll open with something like "Jack and coke? my kinda woman" with a smile and good eye contact. Or if you can tell she has a good sense of fashion you can come in with "I like your style. I'm breedlove, it's nice to meet a girl that understands that yoga pants aren't every day attire". Again, said with a smile and good eye contact, which is the ost important part. And both of these lines are not typical, express some interest but not much, and give her a sense of being a compliment, but not just coming right out and saying that she's beautiful or something like that, which I personally don't like to do. I'd much rather come in and talk about an item or her sense of style rather than tell her she's cute.
