how to carry on after this opener based on set reaction?

I would like to open hb 9-10 sets with this false disqualifier in a night club:

"Hey girls! Do you know where i can meet beautiful women?"

I need your expertise to figure out what reaction i might get from them and how to react towards their reaction.

Just don't. If you want to open 9s/10s but ask a question you are, it ain't going to work. You'll have to deliver your line then gauge the reaction yourself. If you are nervous or faking being that confident it will show so clearly to them.

i can try to gauge! But by delivering the line ... you mean just saying "hey girls! where do I meet beautiful women around here?" removing the "do you know" ??

I meant more how you say it rather than what you say. That line calls for being bored and disinterested and not seeking a reaction , but you are interested and reaction seeking. It'll show.
