Posts: 195 | | Just met a girl last Saturday and we've been texting each other about once a day since. All misinterpretation type of banter. I just asked her out and got the rain check response. How would I respond to not seem needy? Does this girl have any real interest or is she just trying to soften the blow? Here is an excerpt of our text exchange.
Me: Touchè. So is this the point where you ask me out on a date or the other way around?? I'll have to clear things with my publicist first.
Her: Haha well either way, I've got to clear it with my publicist first (yea I have one too!)
Me: Hi Kelsey M - Zaid A's publicist here. Zaid would like to request your availability on Friday night 9pm at The Third Man on Avenue C. As always, your confidentiality with his schedule is very much appreciated
Her: Haha I'm sorry! I have friends in town this weekend, so cant make that work. Maybe rain check?
