Hey guys I'm Noaz, I'm 22 years old from Israel and I'm new here!

This evening I saw this very hot girl (I hear you like ranking so I'd say 8-9) walking quickly with her earphones entering a cafe house for her job as a waitress. I was with my friends and we sat at the coffee house and I hoped she'd be my waitress but she didn't. They also didn't want to stay because they were afraid that if I hit on her in front of them, it will make them awkward. They're that shy!

So I almost went with them but I felt like a failure for not trying, so I went alone back to the coffee house.
She was behind the counter making a dessert. So to approach her I decided to order something from her. I ordered coffee and asked if she ever tasted that dessert she was making. When she wasn't certain about the price I said: "You're new in this job huh?". She said she wasn't, so I asked how long has she been working there and does she like this job. I felt she wasn't very cooperative as she answered my questions so I left the scene.

I wonder, what do you think could I have done better to succeed in hitting on her? Post factum I think I should've just asked her if she had a boyfriend...

Sounds like you put way to much on this. The thing that has helped me is opening is that I open every woman, no matter age, weight, etc. not trying to hook up or get numbers or anything like that. This puts you in the right mindset to just talk to anyone with confidence and forces you to use more natural, organic interactions. Also asking if they have a boyfriend within minutes of meeting may seem creepy(never tried) but just an opinion.

She probably was just having a bad day.... Then here comes you asking her questions. Just bad timing.

And hit on girls who are actually AVAILABLE right then and there.

And I don't think that asking someone if she has a boyfriend is creepy! I'm obviously hitting on her there's no need to hide it But it might be too soon...

I had no game, just asked her questions. There was also the counter that made me distant from her. But I guess I just didn't have a lot to do, because she didn't seem cooperative! right?
