My mind keeps going blank when I'm around women I fancy. Is this normal? If so what's the solution. I like a woman but she's like an advisor at a recruitment agency for finding work. This is at college. I see her all the time but only in passing. Unless I have a reason to go see these 2 ladies about work vacancies (but it's not really her I see, it's the other woman typically) then I don't have a reason to start a conversation with her. I have or did have a good rappour with her when I have had to see her (cause the othe lady wasn't there). Think she knows I fancy her now as I can hardly take my eyes off her. So what do I do, 'cause my mind goes blank whenever I see her and it's becoming a nightmare now lol!

See her as a human being and not just an object of your affection. She is a person with her own goals and feelings. Talk to her like any other person, just make your attraction known.

Yes, it is normal when you start with PUA. Your inner game is still developping and you are getting the experience as PUA. If you just start, have some canned material prepared, to keep the conversation going. But in the end it is all about your innergame
