my target lives in the 3rd floor, i live in the first floor. because our work schedules are different, there is a high percentange i won't run into her on a normal average day. she lives in the 3rd floor, and the only pereson i know in the 3rd floor is one of my friends. funny thing is they both know each other. i was thinking of doing one of two things....either A) asking my friend to hook me up with her and do DHV and all the other happy trash for me. or B) and just knock on her door and be like "oh hey, i was visiting my friend Kuz (that's his name) and i noticed you live here." and go from there.

Thats actually not A bad idea...

How I would approach it would be....if I see her for A couple of days, simply say hi and do that 2-3 times...after that she should be a little more familiar with you. Then I would just start A conversation one day and take it from there. I mean..but thats just how I would go about it.
