i've been hitting on this girl in my summer school class for the past week or so and she seemed to be responding well to my advances. this morning, when i got her number i texted her right in front of her, my opener was: "i just made you open your phone for no reason... looks like i got you in check " i know she read the message cuz she looked at her phone and then said to me "ugh (my name)" and then she giggled/laughed/wined (in the good way). she hasn't texted me back since. should i forget about her or keep pushing it? if so what should i text her next? also we're both in h.s., she is a grade younger than me, im probably not in the friend zone cuz i have already made physical contact with her several times and have flirted with her. what should i do? also she has not started a conversation with me since i first started hitting on her last week and i already told her we should hang out. i said "we should hang out sometime, whats ur number?" thats how i got her number

Text her and tell her when and where you two are going to hang out. Don't ask her if she would like to or when she can. Just tell her when and where. If she doesn't answer you, move on. If she does, then escalate during the date. Don't waste time trying to flirt with her over text, save everything for when you see her in person.
