Hey buddy.
Yea I can totally relate to that. When I first started off AA was my biggest issue (I actually feared AA more than getting AA itself, if that makes any sense...)
How I learnt to deal with it: take small baby steps. Start off by walking around and asking people the time, directions to some place, if their drink is any good etc.
Once you feel confident doing that, then go around asking HB6-7s (just like I said starting off slowly, then start escalating it to 8s and 9s) their opinions on some matters (theres plenty of that canned material in PUA books) or asking them a question.
After that, you will feel less pressure on approaching. Just remember, everybody still gets AA, its natural.
Try reframing it to Approach Excitement, rather than Approach Anxiety. See if that helps.
Regarding your day game approach, try going direct (once you get the balls to do so). Hit them with that confident Alpha body language, walk directly up to them and tell them that you think theyre cute and wanted to meet them. It works 99% if you do it properly, But like I said, go slow first.
Its all about the baby steps my man
