I have already approach HB with an opener about 1500 times in China.
Recently, I decrease the times of approach American girls and more approach native girls by internet tools such as FACEBOOK ,because of my english cannot afford me to communicate with them fluency and I more love KOREA JAPANESE AND CHINESE girls.

Approach anxiety often thouble me previously, but even if recently I seldom approach women face-to-face. But the level of my approach anxiety is keeping decrease.

WHY? I don not know , but I guess it perhaps because of the numbers of my DATING INVITE, my start chat with a new girl, my KINO is increase and all(include approach) of these belongs to upgrade.

When you kino a girl , when you invite a girl, when you chat with a new-known girl,
I guess some guys will also fell anxiety .

So my conclusion is ---- some similar behaviors such as invite ,kino and others behavior that improve your relationship with the girl will also help you to overcome the approach anxiety.
