So I was searching on POF, send girls messages tailored to their profile. One of them reply

"Your message is much better (than the other guys) thank you :) but I'm sorry you're not my type. I wish you the best."

I sent her one message only and this was her first and only reply.

I know she's mostly judging me from the photos (that's what online dating is about anyways). I think it is a quite popular rejection phrase since it sounds kinda polite in the girls' mind. How do you disarm those rejections in both online or real life first contacts?

Remember that women will use excuses to cover up the real reason behind their actions. Maybe she found a boyfriend, but she'll just say your not my type so that you don't use an anti-boyfriend retort. I don't think it's possible to respond to that and convince her that you might be her type after all. So if you want to keep pursuing her, you just have to run your normal game and hope she warms up to you.

If I see a woman who is physically not my type, she could never talk me into it. Women are the same way, and the good looking one's are often particularly discriminating. So unless you are a really hot dude with a lot to offer, she's going to reject you based on superficial criteria. That's just a reality of life.

And I thought PUAs focus on disarming, not giving up?

Just all depends on how the conversation before went really. If I feel she's being genuine about me not being her type I might throw in a cf return, she how she responds to that and just continue/walk away.

If I feel it's a shit test I just smile and don't address it, keep gaming.

I would say something like: Great, I don't wanna marry you either. Let's have coffee.
And then move on.

She might not respond, but at least you show that you don't give a shit.
