Ever in a situation when you see someone you want to approach but its just totally the wrong environment for it?

Well yesterday I was walking up the sidewalk and passed by the entrance to a womens' clothing boutique. And just as I turned to look inside, I saw a beautiful thick black lady in what looked like a blue tennis skirt leaning on the front counter (facing the door) and bending over giving me a full moon. That ass was so hot and I couldn't even have been sure she was even wearing a thong- I mean just wow man I thought I was in some kind of porno. I did a triple take and it seems like there was nothing I could do except linger and look a little. If this happened outside or somewhere like a mall, I would be ready to at least try an approach- but walking into a womens clothing boutique just to chat with a woman showing nearly her whole ass, I couldn't see how I would not come off as creepy.

I wonder, what would expert PUAs do in this situation if they felt they just gotta approach, like I did? Any other crazy ideas? I mean if I was feeling more up to it I might have just tried directly hitting on her, cus how could it not be obvious to her that her bare ass is out there?

Truthfully Man, tough situation. I go off the philosiphy if "I want it, take it. By any reasonable means." - I would have gone in and went direct. "Hey, I usually don't do this but i was walking by and I noticed you. I would've kicked myself later if I didn't atleast say hi. I'm alpha, nice shoes. Wanna fuck?" - okay I may have left the last line out.
