I go to a school where it's mostly all boys. Except there are two major exceptions: two very hot receptionists.
The one is very hot, and she knows it. She is a tease and leads guys on but doesn't actually offer anything.
The other is less known amongst the guys (because they're distracted by the hot one). This one is cute, and a bit quieter.
I was wondering how I can approach this cute receptionist. She's about my age, and French. I am decent in French, however I do have an Anglophone accent.
Openers? Some mid-game stuff? How to close (phone number for a date later on in the week)?

This might not be what you want to hear. It will take a while.

Since you're in an all-boys school and the two receptionists are the only decent females in the building, they both generate a lot of attention.

This means they probably both aren't that eager to get down with anyone there.

What I would do:
Use your French to get a little conversation started with her. Not more than a minute, maybe two. Also try to appear not interested. Over time try to get friendly with her. This sounds like a paradox since you want her in a sexual way, but if everyone around wants her in a sexual way, you are the exception.

Once you got proper rapport (which is up to you to decide) proceed your usual way. Also try not to contradict anything you told her prior to that.
