Been going out lately but just don't seem to want to talk. Women give me looks but I'm just like eh I dont feel like talking.. other times I do.. sometimes I say hi but where to go from there? Some say anywhere but that doesn't really help if u don't know where to start. Other times I'm getting iois but I'm not capitalizing for so reason. This chick is a mutual friend but I escalate here and there but I won't kiss her even though b4 she has kissed me.. I got confidence also I don't mind looking stupid but for some reason I don't approach enough of the time.. I tend to wing and talk my wing up even if the women give me iois. I also don't mind getting rejected.. Need some pointers to just go for the approach.. I have some things down whereI don't get used or I make women do something bbefore I would like take a picture... etc... thanks in advanced...

I think you're not being honest with yourself.

You say you're like "eh I don't feel like talking" - but you went out with the goal of talking to chicks. And you took the time to write 15 posts on this forum about talking to chicks. And I bet this isn't the only forum you are on.

Sorry buddy, but I don't think you're being honest with yourself. I think you're scared. In which case TonyKing's advice is good. Don't be passive. Go and talk to chicks, even if you don't feel like it. After you've talked to 10 girls in a night you'll be feeling pretty damn talkative.
