I live in the center off a going out area off small but lively city. Its never really crowed but ever min a few people pass in every direction. And its really really a student/tourist bar area. Now i live on street side on the second floor. And i regulary eat or just sit listening to loud blues/rock music in my windowframe.

What do i shout down to women that pass during the day (shopping and eating)
What do i shout down to women or groups that pass in the middel off the night from one bar to the other

Goal make them come up drink a beer and have some fun.

I wouldn't go for this myself because if I was walking along the street and somebody shouted out of a window at me to come up and have a drink I would probably keep walking.

As many people have told me before "you have to get out there and pursue what you desire, it won't come knocking on your door" so my advice to you is to get ready, go out, use the material shared on this site and in various books and see how things turn out. Most importantly though, have a good time!
