Hi there. I was wondering if busses/trains or just a street were good places to open a conversation with a girl?

I wonder this because I read somewhere on the internet not to do so and better is to follow the target to where she is going.

What are your experiences with openings just on the street?

I would just open in the bus, just say something like:
Hey, I'm all by myself and u look pretty cool, so I decided to come over and talk to you.

or do something like sitting next to her, wait 2 min and ask her if shes shy cause shes not talking to you

I think if you see her in the bus (which means she sees you too) and you follow her, approach on the place where she is at that moment, it will only come over as creepy

Most of my dates (taking her out for a glass of wine for example) come from people I open on busses and trains and just virtually anywhere - but not clubs.

Of course it's ok. It's EASIER than in clubs because they are not prepared for it. They don't have their defenses up when they are walking out on the street. So it's much much easier to talk to them even if you are just on your own.

Some tips: make sure you are dressed well and look well groomed. I think it helps a lot. Make yourself look exceptional.

So following a woman is probably a little like stalking as I understand it well.

If I would be in her situation, I would say yes (ur like a stalker).
Imagine ur in the train and you see a random (goodlooking) girl (yes, at that moment ur random).
You reach your destination, , lets say a clothing store.
If she approaches you in the store, and you would realize she was hitting on you, you would most likely think: ah what is this stalkerism

Ofcourse in the end you would still do her if she has the right looks, but you would find her really creepy at first. I think the girl will think: this guy is creepy and try to get rid of you asap.

Hasn't it like been said many times over that you should never wait more than 3 sec to start talking to a woman after you first see her?

I find that following this rule eliminates any possibility of "stalkerism" quite naturally.
