I have a condition that causes my hands to sweat even when I'm not nervous. They sweat bad too.. Wiping them off does not help as the sweat will be back within 1-2 seconds.

I wasn't able to approach so many girls because my hands were sweaty an didn't want her to say "Eww . . .what's that?" or "Your hands are sweaty . . ." I use the "your absolutely beautiful" approach.

When doing Direct day game how can I introduce myself and shake her hand if my hands are sweaty?

Odd condition, never heard of it, is it purely physical or is there some underlying psychological cause. (Subconsciously nervous?)

Quickest and possibly best advice: Go try it out.
-Approach a good number of girls and get a handshake or spin her, etcetera, and see how they respond.
-If there is a response to it at all, show that it doesn't affect you and try and just run your game.

(If you want some quick feedback just go for the handshake/spin and move on to the next girl.)

Try shaking her hands while yours is sweaty and say 'man am I glad to find a clean towel, WOW! its really soft what a bonus!" (with a smile)

let me know how it goes :)

@Zero Valley
It is completely physical. It's called Palmer Hyperhydrosis. It sucks cause I am a very confident individual. When people feel how sweaty my hands are they are confused because I'm not coming across the least bit nervous. 75% of the time females don't say anything, but when they do I feel as if I'm immediately blown out.

@Dilaks
THANKS! I never thought of that. They will definitley say "Eww!' but, that is better than nothing.

How about this:

"Eww, your hands are sweaty."
"Are they? Well that's interesting."
"Why is that interesting?"
"My hands only sweat when someone nearby has a crush on me."

Whad'ya think?

Personally I wouldn't use the second one, it sounds a bit too defensive. One and three are good, though.
One of the reasons you get so many views is because people taught it was about general nervousness I think, normally you wouldn't want to shake hands if they're sweaty. But since it's unavoidable, you can consider it an extra challenge to your game;)
