Hey My names Kevin I'm new here and I'd like a little advice on what i did wrong and what i could do better in this story. So i went with my bro into a store today. A girl i knew in high school works at this store. My brother (who knew her also) went immediately to this girl while i hung back. When they drifted over to me I avoided eye contact completely. When they were near enough my brother spoke to me and she said "oh i didn't even know that was (my name)." I said nothing. So after a while of conversation each time she talked to me I replied in one word sentences. I tried a joke or two and she completely ignored me. By now I knew I had no chance so I became eager to leave. But I stayed an extra 10 Minutes till my bro (who was flirting) made his purchase.
One thing she said before i left was "he's really unpleasant today and seems like he's in a rush to leave." This got me thinking why would she say that concern, disgust, a neg or a reason to keep flirting with my bro?
Before you say dude give up I want To say I used to get Her to laugh alot and I Felt some attraction but i never had the balls to act on it and its been about two years since I've seen her.
I Have a some what small amount of one itis with her and I'd Like To know do i still have a chance with her or give up. I know I'm probably thinking too much about this one interaction but any comments would be greatly appreciated.
