Okay, so I was in a club the other night and used a pretty old (Although it's been quite successful for me in the past) pickup line and she saw straight through it.

She responded with: Ha! That's a terrible pickup line right there.

What's a good response you can give to her saying that? Anything would be better than just standing there wondering what to say...

hmm depending on the pickup line I would say

"pickup up line, awwweee that's cute. but seriously..."

Unless it was a really really bad pickup line and to obvious to play off. Then.

"Wow your tooth is beautiful. Now that's a bad pickup line. Now that you have see my pickup line skills can we move on from the part I suck at and get into the interesting part?"

If you think about it your opener opened. Probably not the way you always want to go but it got her talking.

i would just neg... and say to her friends "how do you roll with her, you can dress her up but cant take her anywhere"... it sounded like that was just a bitch shield... remember that ALOT of guys before you have tried to hit on her before you so she came up with a line that kept those "nice guys" aka AFC away... so you gotta show that your value is high enough that what shes says you dont care about because you have plenty more women to choose from... so after you neg you show that your different from every other guy and just stack from there
