I hear different people taking about different frames people are in but I just really don't get it could someone explain it to me or give me a link to a video that explains it

Frame of mind is the goal you have set before the approach.

Women are very perceptive about your intentions.If you are going to hit a number close,and open asking what time it is,your words are diffrent than your body language and that lowers your value.

So,when you are meeting a new girl (cold approach or not) and you dont have a high risk opening (I saw you,and you seem very intresting,i wish to know more about you)
then you want to have a frame of mind as "I m not hitting on you",and act like you are speaking to a friend.

Hitting on her will give her more value than you,as she comes as valuable to you.

In other words.What you think while you interact affect your game.
