I found an opener that I have good luck with. EVERY time I've used it, I've gotten a response, and started a conversation.

I noticed alot of girls in crowded bars seem to have huge handbags. WHY? Do they have a change of clothes in there, like a walk of shame kit or something?

So basically, whenever I see a cute chick with a big handbag, I comment on it. I usually ask her why she needs that big of a bag, and what could she possibly have in it? Then I mention maybe a change of clothes, or maybe does she have a floor lamp in there like Mary Poppins?

This gets a laugh, then the girl is compelled to explain just why she has this giant bag.

One time I did this to a girl, talked to her for a bit, then another girl standing right near us had an even bigger bag. So I nudged the first girl, and was like hey, this girl has you beat. Then I mentioned to the other girl that she has just won the title of biggest handbag in the bar, which after I explained about the first girl, got a laugh, then the two girls actually started talking to me together.

I did this sat night to a girl with a bachellorette party, and the girl was like do you really want to know? I was like of course, I'm dying to know now. She's like okay... and starts rummaging around in the bottom of the bag.....then pulls out a giant, light up red motorized dildo that must have been over a foot long. She starts waving the thing around, is like hey, you wanted to know!

So we had a laugh over that, I asked her if it was from her personal collection, and we talked for a few minutes.

I came up with this one by accident, I actually was just making fun of a girl because I really HATE it when they have those giant handbags in crowded bars, they keep hitting into me with them, I find it annoying as hell. But I realized once I made the comment about the bag, I had her attention and she was complelled to explain it to me.

I guess it's basically just a good neg, but it seems to get the conversation going without fail.

My sis and her friend was there the other night, on the way home from the bar I was explaining it, and my sis's friend sai I ought to say somehting like "wow, I think I can fit in that bag! If I did would you take me home with you?" I thought that was kind of funny, I might try that one next time.

Hahaha... Yeah those HUGE bags are USELESS, i had a GF once, that was carrying an huge bag, just so she could place her wallet in it!

But it sounds like an good opener, i will try this next time!

Yeah, it really DOES work. I'm pretty lowsy at coming up with openers, but this one hasn't failed yet.

Of course my game sucks, so it hasn't actually gotten me very far yet, but I think the opener itself is solid enough.

It was kind of funny, this past sat night when I used it, I was with a friend and her bf. We got into the conversation about the girl's giant bag, and I was like okay, I'm going to go ask.

She told me later after I said that and started to walk toward the girl, her bf was like "no way, he's not really going to talk to her is he?", and she was like "oh yeah, watch this.... it always works".

lol i tried that once, dont worry too much about opening it could be anything random, the only think is it cant be about anything anyone else would notice... humour is the best way to go about it, but the bag thing got me shut down. im trying to get my inner game right, so that i memorise things that work, im trying openers night after night when i get the chance and the ones that work i take further and improve. good times.

I like it and will use it if I can. Around here it seems like most girls go out without a purse and one girl in the group has a huge bag with all of all her friends shit in it. She is usally the one not dancing and maybe the DD.

Yeah, actually one girl I asked gave that exact reason. She was the DD and also the designated stuff holder.

I think if that's the case, it's good to engage them, since their friends that are drinking are having most of the fun, they're probably going to be more appreciative of the attention.
