Hey guys, I'm here to ask for a little tip. So there is the situation, I recently got an Internship at the IT department of a finace company, after a week, another intern joined me at the cubicle right next to mine. It was simple to initialize a chat with her, but I'm finding it almost impossible to DHV her since she's 3 years older than I am, and has a lot more work experiences than I do. I'm also finding it hard to "out-mature" her since she is older than i am (i'm 20 and she's 23 and we are from the same school). Are there any routines that I can use to DHV her while we are in the office? She is about 8 and I'm not giving her too much attention at the moment to prevent myself from showing too much interest
