moment. Your cafeteria probably serves the usual cafeteria food be it Chicken Fried Steak, Hot Dog, or whatever else most schools serve.
Once you get your food, and she's already seated.. I'd make my way over to where she's eating and neg her with "Oh my god, do you REALLY like their _____?" maybe add "I could make that at home and it would look and taste
twice as good as what's on your plate"
wait for her to respond, and then introduce yourself.
Tell her what you are eating tastes way better.
