So,i wanna be a PuA ive started studying it since a week ago when i got fed up on being stuck in a friend zone for 6 years with a girl i really loved..and i said i wanna change!So i started reading the book "The game" then started watching the posts in this site and everything.I even written notes in paper and stuff.
The problem is that i have no confidence because am kinda fat so i dont really feel attractive.So i need some good openers so the girl i will try to approach wont just shove me away.Can anyone help me with this ?

there are plenty of easy openers for beginners in this site, just look at some of the threads here and put them down. I'm sure you'll find at least 5 you'll like.

Make sure to be in a posotive mindset when talking to girls like you got a lot to offer and they're lucky to talk to you.

Also, if oyu have any kind of AA, tell yourself it's Approach Excitement and it will change your mindset quite a lot.

Lastly, while you're practising and improving on PUA, start working out and eating clean. You'll feel better, be healtheir and look better. Bodybuilding.com has helped me gain lots of knowledge about working out and eating well.
