So i was at this Casino the other night, and while walking around looking for a table to play in i saw this really hot gem, dealing in one of the tables. She was at least an 8.5 or a 9.

I didn't open her, coz i didn't know how and there where too many people (playing at that table) and, just like all other casino's, dealer's aren't allowed to exactly enter a conversation with a player.

So any advice?

First of all, wrong. Dealers are allowed, stronger yet, are encouraged to start convo's with their players.

I am a parttime Blackjack dealer myself, and I must say it gives you auto-highvalue. I think the way my female colleagues get picked up by players is if you just play there, be fun, be charming, don't be all like: "OMGOSH ITS A CASINO".. Just be there, be enthosiastic, make her work fun and then ask if shes going to a club after work or if you can see her again later...

Hell, I am even allowed to ask my chef for a piece of paper to write down a phonenumber for a girl (depends on what chef is there SPAM, tho, oh and this is the Netherlands, not sure where you are =P )
