Got a stylelife email, usually i just delete them as its mostly buy my bootcamp or hes selling some shit, but this time i decided to open it.

Basically the email goes through an opener/routine, but all he mentions is the opener the opener being

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Can I borrow you for a sec.



And then he goes onto explain some shit about remembering names ,

anyway does anyone know the routine on remembering names?

make a silly rhyme with their name.

If the girls name is Sue create something like Silly sue could not be new as she hated the colour blue.

It´s stupid but it´s a method.

I personally use the note function on my phone and add a little description of her and her mates.
