I'm still on my Day 7 Challenge for the 30 Day Game Challenge, and it asked me to create an original opener. I've done the shady friend opener and it works great actually. So I'm going to try to base it on that. A medium-long scripted opener is better than "Who Lies More, guys or girls?" Read this, it's good.

It's about my friend who reads his horoscopes regularly but I use a "she" instead of a "he" to show I can be friends with girls. But for some reason I think it doesn't really matter whether he or she. I stretched out the truth on this one, but remember I'm only a beginner.
Horoscopes Opener:
PUA: Hey guys let me get your take on this. I just need a female opinion.
HB: Blah Blah Blah
PUA: I've read an article in Yahoo news before that says women read their horoscopes than men do. Do you ever read you horoscopes?
HB: Blah Blah Blah
PUA: Yea I rarely read mine, but out of my curiosity, I checked what my sign has to say about me. It shocked me and at least half of it was true. Do you believe in them?
HB: Blah Blah Blah
PUA: Well my friend called last night and read her horoscope. It said that yesterday was going to feel like a powerful inspiring and fruitful day. So by the end of the day she met this guy and tells me how handsome and sweet he is. They're actually going on a date tonight. Anything ever happened like that to you?
HB: Blah Blah Blah
PUA: Well the reason I'm asking is because she tells me she's going to read her horoscopes everyday from now on. The way it sounded to me feels like she's going to read it religiously. I don't think it's a good idea, but I don't want to break her heart because she values my opinion.
Tell me what you guys think of it (strengths and weaknesses). I'm going to try it today. Is there any other openers that could last for minutes for a beginner like me - relying on canned materials? I'm gonna be sarging today with some guys my level, so wish me luck and determination not to give up!
