| I didn't want to sound repetitive, but I kinda shown where I come from in my post in Routines, where I essentially label all routines YOU (or I) havent made...as useless.
I'm kinda gonna say the same thing for openers, but, for "opening", I would like to quote a wise saying from some smart dude who's name I cannot remember:
"It's not WHAT you say, but HOW you say it".
I used to think it meant "I should use a same line, but say it in a different way" (I think I'm repeating myself in a sense). WRONG.
A line's a line. If it's not YOU, it wont work.
So, opening...how would Rune "open"?
Easy...go in, and have the mindest of "We're gonna have a good fucking time!"
No, we're gonna have a GREAT FUCKING TIME!
Of course, we'll be fair. We kinda gotta have a bit of confidence in ourselves, and a knowledge of who we are as people. (Or, who "YOU" are. Who "I" am. Who "HE" is. What "SHE" wants.).
She doesn't want the dick. She wants "YOU". But...
What is "YOU"?
In the context of opening, usually, YOU...is doing what makes YOU feel good.
And women should not be what initially makes you feel good. YOU must ALREADY be feeling good, before you enter.
Alcohol helps, but if YOU depend on alcohol, without knowing who YOU are, you risk not being YOU, but being a DRUNK ASSHOLE. No one likes the drunk asshole. No one...Drunk assholes are thrown out of bars and lounges, and women laugh at drunk assholes. (And the real "assholes", which are merely them being THEM, take home the girl, and put it in her ass).
Go in feeling good, and having a good time.
Usually, talking to new people is having a good time. Drinking beer or liquor IN MODERATION is having a good time.
In social situations, to have a good time, you must KNOW how to have a good time. There are RULES to having a good time. If you can have a good time, others can too. If you screw up the good time, you will be clawed, eaten, burnt, and pissed on.
(Ok, I just ate dinner. I don't feel like typing anymore. xD).
Point: The only opener you need is A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. The rest is mathematics.
