What I will say is, if you like the look of girl then speak to her, if her nationality comes up then talk about it. I really don't know how to respond to this and take it seriously, I'm sorry, plus it seems you've missed the point in what a neg is anyway.

For example "Thats a nice top but I think you'd look better blah blah blah..." or even if she's wearing high heels "Those are nice shoes, ever have to watch out for low flying planes?" (just make sure the last one doesn't come across as insulting and tbh I'm not sure if personally I'd use it as an opener)
