She is in the same grade as me, but there are always students around her. If i wait until the end of class, what should i say?

an easy approach would be to ask questions about the class, then go from there through conversation (ask her about how she decided to be a ta, etc)
also, if she has office hours then that's a good time to talk to her with fewer people around
