there's a restaurant that my friends and i go to a lot and hangout. there are a few really pretty girls there. there is one waitress there that didn't really talk to us much and was more serious around us. well on new years i went with a friend to waffle house and she was there sitting up at the bar. we went up and sat with her and she was like " hey i know you." she was definitely drunk but she was all over me the whole night and showing me ring tones and just joking around with me. well now back at the restaurant she works at she started being more friendly with me and my friends. one of the friends i go with says she is definitely into both of us but he has a girlfriend so i just wanna know how i can keep the positive attention going and move it to something more than just flirting at her job. lol.

I'd say keep it simple. Tell her how you feel about her and ask her out. I feel there's a lot of power in being REAL and DIRECT with women. If you find her interesting and want to get to know her better, then you have to tell her that.

The reasons you haven't done that already might be because you fear getting rejected or losing your chance with her. But does it really matter? How would you know if you didn't put yourself out in the open?
