Ok, this is really two questions.

The first is coffee shop daygame; I was next to a seated set and ran an opener about the closing time which didn't really hook, so I tried the fight opener and managed to get them talking. Are there any better openers I can use in this kind of situation which gets girls chatting.

The second is in night clubs, specifically the dancefloor; I get IOIed by girls, for example smiling, hair tossed back, bumping into me, grabbing me etc. What is the best way to respond which doesn't involve initially talking (verbal openers) to them or being an exellent dancer?
