Are you a AFC that gets nervous simply talking or being near girls? Can't even pull yourself to Opening because you don't have much experience with women at all? Try some of these things to get over your general anxiety, and be on your way to becoming a PUA:

• 1)Hygiene:Bathe everyday. I usually bathe in the morning because I like to feel fresh right before I go out, but this doesn't really matter as long as you do it everyday. Deodarent should be common sense. This goes with brushing your teeth(do it twice a day at least) and flossing(not sure how often is recommended, but I usually floss about 3 times a week). Being short can be seen as cute, but NO girl is attracted to bad breath. Even after brushing, food can be trapped in your teeth and start to rot.... eww.. so flossing is a must. Colognes/body sprays help boost confidence like makeup helps girls. But please don't do what I've seen high school freshman do with axe after gym class. LESS IS MORE!!!
  
  2)Appearance: Big big big issue. But not for the reasons you may think. It doesn't matter if your too tall or too short, to skinny, or too fat. Maybe you think your too broke to afford "nice clothes". Although these may matter to some girls, these are shallow reasons to be liked and won't help or harm in the long run. Don't wear wrinkled clothing. Always wear clean clothing (though the this can be taken with liberty when it comes to jeans). Try to find your own style. Don't wear baggy clothes one day and then tight preppy clothes the next. My style is kinda a mix of the two, but I stay consistent in that style that I created. (I'll write a style guide using what I've learned about color psychology later if I get enough requests). Both hygene and appearance will boost your confidence, If you feel good and you feel like you look good you will be on top of the word.
  
  3)Forget about PUA if you cant even talk to girls:What I mean by this is not to forget the dream, but don't bother with the PUA techniques if you have issues just carrying on a conversation. Instead, try paying a girl a simple compliment. It's non-committal so you don't have to worry about what to say next, and it will get you comfortable talking to girls. You can simply pay a compliment, she'll thank you, and you can say no problem and walk away. Remember to respond after she says thanks. Though a lot of my current game involves alot of flirting, i still revert to simple compliments such as this one I actually had today:

Its really that simple to pay a compliment. Be very generous about your compliments, but never say it if you don't believe it(that'll come later). If you can tell someone spent a lot of time on their hair, say something about it. If their wearing an ornate bookbag with a whole bunch of pins and stickers from bands, comment on it.

If your still intimidated by HBs, try to imagine them as one of two things, if not both:1) Imagine them as only guys without dicks. Their still human and therefore, their no big deal. Once you have a good social experience with a girl, you'll realize how true this is. 2)Imagine what they look like without the things that make them HBs. Take away the tits, ass, skin, hair, etc., and you have a column of vessels and nerves and muscle and crap. (Try looking in your biology book or google to get an idea of what I mean). If you think of it logically, HBs arent some mystical alien race. They are exactly the same as you!

If you STILL have problems talking to girls, try starting conversations with random people who aren't necessarily HBs. Other guys, old people, ugly chicks, anyone. Try people who pose no threat of intimidation at all and work your way up from there.

IF YOU STILL have problems, try communicating on whatever level your comfortable, whether it be with your Warcraft guild(that's what their called right?) and taking baby steps forward. You must do something bigger though! Always try to do something more ballsy than last time.

Sorry I kinda forgot about what I orignally started talking about, and went out on a tangent, and got kinda bored of typing, so I'm just gonna submit this. I'll probably edit this post as necissarry to include more. If any of this helps, or you need clarification, please reply!
